Support Policy for Red Hat Software
Customers should first contact Diamanti support for issues related to the product. Diamanti will assist customers in determining whether or not the technical issue is related to Red Hat software. If the issue is related to Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Red Hat OpenShift, then support will be handled by Red Hat Global Support Services, per a Technical Support Alliance Network (TSANet) agreement between Diamanti and Red Hat. Diamanti will only troubleshoot supported configurations.
