Diamanti is searching for a VP of Sales to lead our APJ region who will develop and execute a multi-faceted sales strategy to gain market share and build the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be a hands-on and participatory leader, who will execute and exceed your quota and drive growth through new bookings, expansions, upsells, and renewals while nurturing retention. This role reports to the CRO.


  • 10-15 years of APJ sales experience focused in Enterprise software
  • Infrastructure and DC center software ideally including EDW and analytics, Security and Cloud
  • Outstanding Customer Facing Sales Leader
    • Proven track record exceeding quota

    • Build and leads world class sales teams
    • Experience in emerging markets not just major markets
