Responsibilities

This position will work on the core of distributed control and management plane ­ sophisticated scheduling, high availability and ease of management.

Requirements
  • Strong CS fundamentals
  • Strong programming skills, must be proficient in one of C, C++, Golang, Python
  • Experience designing & developing large scale distributed systems preferred
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs preferred
  • Working knowledge of orchestration systems like Kubernetes, Mesosphere, Openstack preferred
  • Experience at early stage startups (Series A/B) a huge plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:
  • 7+ years’ successful sales experience selling IT infrastructure to commercial & enterprise customers in through both direct and channel sales motions
  • Healthy rolodex of IT purchasers / influencers / decision makers across Fortune 1000
  • Strong technical solution selling skills, relationship building, and a proven track record of influencing the IT Buying behavior up and down the management chain
  • Proven track record of quota achievement selling emerging technologies with a high level of forecast accuracy and revenue predictability
  • Engaging presentation and speaking skills along with solid writing, and active listening skills
  • High organizational skills with the ability to define, target, and actively penetrate an assigned territory/ industry /application
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to conduct executive sales presentations and discussions
