Responsibilities

This position will work with Customers, Product Management & User Experience to create the UI backend that connects the UI front end to the distributed control & management plane ­ providing a performant and intuitive user interface.

Requirements
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and OO design

We are looking for our first Technical Writer that will own the design, development and production of high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will join a team that works collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Working with internal team members on product documentation

Product Support Engineer

The Product Support Engineer will work with customers remotely to install, configure the cluster, perform troubleshooting and repairs. During the process, special attention and effort will be placed on the customer experience with a focus on resolving the customer issues in a timely fashion; ensuring clarity and continual communication throughout the process; and providing a positive support experience to the customer.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze client operating systems to identify complex hardware and software bugs, glitches and other non-performance issues such as network and storage configuration
  • Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components.
  • Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems.
  • Research, test, or verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes
  • Perform ongoing hardware and software maintenance operations, including installing or upgrading hardware or software
  • Direct the installation of operating systems, network or application software, or computer or network hardware
  • Train system users in system operation or maintenance
  • Provide customers or installation teams guidelines for implementing secure systems
  • Determine operating solutions and technical support for novel, non-standard software appliance and cluster configurations issues, operating systems, pod definition files, Kubernetes, Docker, or Diamanti software application issue

Requirements – Must Have

  • A bachelor degree in computer science or 5+ years of industry experience
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience that must include:
    • Linux (preferable Red Hat) administration
    • Knowledge of networking, VLANs and subnetting
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Product Manager

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Diamanti, the technology leader in bare-metal container infrastructure, is seeking an Outbound Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be based in our San Jose, CA headquarters. You will play a critical role in driving company growth and evangelizing Diamanti’s breakthrough bare-metal container platform to Global 2000 enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for uncovering opportunities from target accounts, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and other outbound efforts.

SDRs are often the first contact for Diamanti prospects via inbound and outbound calls and emails.

The SDR qualifies prospects, uncovers business challenges, develops quality leads, and sets appointments for Diamanti field sales teams.

At the front end of the process, the SDR is responsible for identifying sales targets in their assigned territory then passing the lead to the appropriate account team. The SDR role is a development position for a person aspiring for advancement in a sales organization.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • 1-2 years (minimum) of success generating leads and qualifying potential customers
  • Familiarity with Opensource Technologies Docker, Kubernetes, etc. (preferred)
  • Prospecting experience using tools like Salesforce.com, DiscoverOrg, Linkedin, TechTarget
